About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from this website, run by Raices Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), Perth, Western Australia. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our coffee
Our coffees are single-origin lots, and lots are finite: when a harvest is gone, it's gone. Availability can change without notice. Photos are for illustration.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete. If we can't fulfil an order — for example, because a lot has sold out — we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Promotions
Promotional codes are entered at checkout, one per order, and are subject to the conditions stated with each offer.
Subscriptions
A subscription delivers your chosen coffee every two or four weeks, as you choose, at 10% off the one-off price and with free shipping. Your card is charged for each delivery. To pause, skip or cancel, email us at info@raices.com.au at least 3 days before your next delivery.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Liability
Apart from the guarantees above and any others that can't be excluded by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
