Who we are

This site is run by Raices Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), based in Perth, Western Australia. Questions about your privacy go to info@raices.com.au.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and the details of your order.
• Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If you join our newsletter: your email address, kept with our email provider, Kit.
• Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device and isn't used to track you.

We don't currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To roast, ship and deliver your order; to bill subscriptions; to answer your messages; and to meet our legal obligations. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe, to process payments. Stripe may store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
• Our delivery partner, Australia Post, to get your order to you.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and take reasonable steps to protect it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@raices.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us and we'll respond; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
