Where we ship

We ship to addresses within Australia only.

Roasted to order

Every order is roasted in Perth after you place it, and dispatched within two business days.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $69 or more.
• Orders under $69: a flat $12.

Delivery times

Orders are sent with Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to metropolitan areas and 4–8 business days to regional Australia. You'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves the roastery.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are delivered every two or four weeks, as you choose, and every delivery ships free, whatever its size.

Damaged or faulty orders

If your coffee arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@raices.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see our Terms.

Change of mind

Coffee is a perishable food product, so we don't accept returns for change of mind.
